1. We start with a 15 minute call with an expert at Tidal Wave. We learn about your brand, and then develop questions & structure for the video based off of this conversation.
2. We send out a custom link to your customer. They’ll find an easy to follow video tutorial, showing them how to frame, film, and some tips on best practices. Then, question by question, they can answer as they please with their phone camera, on their time.
3. We take the raw footage, edit, complete & deliver the wonderful 60 second video in vertical or horizontal format.
